Steps

Heat a kadhai and add khichdi and onion capsicum and saute it nicely till you get a dry mixture.

Now add gram flour and all the dry spices stir it well.

Finally add the bread crumps and coriander and mix it well till it starts leaving sides and your micture is in a dough form.

Off the flame a the let it cool.

Now grease your palm and make small balls from the mixture.

Take a icecream stick and take 1 mixture balls.

Insert the stick in a ball and flaten it with ur palm to give a shape of lollipop.

In this way make all the pops and keep them in fridge for 1/2 hour.

Now heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry on medium flame.

After fryng cover the remaining part ot the stick with foil paper for a better presentation.

Serve hot with sauce or chutney
