  • 1/2 cupChopped vegetables like onions,peas, capsicum, green chilli
  • 1 tspChopped coriander leaves
  • as neededSalt, chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala

    Soak chanadal for 2 hour

    Make a thick paste with the help of grinder add chopped vegetables

    In a kadai add oil hot completely add cutlets and fry until brown
