Ingredients

2 to 4 person

1 cupChanadal
1/2 cupChopped vegetables like onions,peas, capsicum, green chilli
1 tspChopped coriander leaves
as neededSalt, chilli powder, coriander powder, chat masala

Soak chanadal for 2 hour

Make a thick paste with the help of grinder add chopped vegetables

Add spices give the shape of cutlets

In a kadai add oil hot completely add cutlets and fry until brown

Enjoy with ketchup or green chutney
