Ingredients

1 cupsemolina
2 tsp oil
2 cupsmilk
1chopped onion
1 cupgrated panner
to tasteSalt
1 tsp red chilli
1/2 tsp gram masala
as requiredCoriander leaves chopped
as requiredOil for frying

Steps

First take a wok add oil and onion saute it add semolina saute it.

Then add milk and counitinous stir it.Add all spices and coriander.Cook till mixture thick.

Then take a plate grease it and pour dough and leave it for 1 hour.

Then cut pieces and frying

Serve with chutney.
