This is a family recipe. It’s one of my favorite dishes . No need to go to some over price restaurant, this recipe is way better than any restaurant anyways.That is a family inside joke. (A dish like this goes for 24.95 per plate ) The main ingredient in this dish is garlic so use a lot of it especially if you like garlic. ( This dish is perfect for a date night in after the kids are in bed , just cut recipe down to about half of everything, and 1/2 a box of angel hair pasta. ) Kids can eat this too , my kids love this even my picky eater who don’t like to eat anything green. #mycookbook

This is a great recipe to start introducing Instant pot cooking with older children and teens. My teen son actually made this. This is just and easy recipe all around. A good beginner recipe to someone new to pressure cooking. This was made in the ninja foodie. If your making this in the ninja you can air crisp /bake the last step with the cheese. #mycookbook

This complete meal is convenient to make, tasty and juicy. I tend to make a big portion every time so I can save the leftover for extra meals for next few days and also share with my friends. Feel free to substitute minced beef with other types of meat. Vegetarian may substitute mince with soya granules. This is my version of my mom's recipe. It's always been one of her best dishes. I grew up on this stuff at least every few weeks.

My mom and boyfriend both have their version of macaroni salad, as I'm sure there are a dozen more here. I grew up with camping and mom would always have macaroni salad that would pair well with habachi grilled hamburgers. It takes me back to nice quiet camping with pup tents and a lake.

This recipe is very easy and quick. This dish can be eaten as a side dish or can be used as a stuffing also.
