Ingredients

  • 500 mlmilk
  • 150 mlcream
  • 60 gmsgrated white chocolate
  • 200 gramswhipped cream
  • 1/2 tspcrushed green cardamom
  • 3-4 tbspcondensed milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan. Add green cardamom powder.Simmer on low heat with occasionally stirring, to avoid burning, till it is, reduced to 1/3rd it's original quantity.

    Add condensed milk and cream. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Remove from fire. Stir in the white chocolate and whipped cream. Cool.

  4. 4

    Serve it warm or chilled, garnished with chopped nuts of your choice.
