Ingredients

  • 2 cups Boiled Rice
  • 1 cupCurd
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tspUrad Dal
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • pinchAsafoetida
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 3-4 tbspPomegranate Seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl take boiled rice, curd and milk. Mix it well. Now add salt mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and asafoetida. Let's crackle them.

  3. 3

    Now add tempering to rice and mix well. Add pomegranate seeds and serve it.
