This is also known as poo pathiri(flower pathiri) or kannu vecha pathiri.
Steps

Take a bowl and add both atta+maida and semolina it's optional for crispiness and add the ghee, egg, curd salt,sugar and knead.apply ghee on top and close lid and rest for 1 hour.

Take a ball and roll it in puri size and apply oil/ghee on top and foldas shown in pic and again apply oil (this is done to make layers)

Fold it on others sides and roll square and again apply oil/ghee and fold the 4 corners to between.

Roll into square shape and fry in oil. when one side puffs up flip to the other side till golden.

Drain out and enjy with chicken/mutton curry or with any paneer veg curry of your choice.

Note:Totally can take aata or maida. Can skip egg if want crispy pathiri.
