Boil your bananas for 7 mins to easy remove the peel

Prep all other ingredients. In a wok heat the oil and add the chicken fry for 3 mins. Add the onions and saute for 2 mins.Add spices, Add the ginger garlic paste.

Add the salt,tomatoes and pepper stir inn. then add the bananas cut in halves and divided in half. Add 1/4 cup broth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy with soup or stew of choice
