Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 500 mlMilkmaid can
  3. 2 tablespoonsSugar
  4. 2 spoonsElaichi powder
  5. 10Cashew nuts
  6. 10Badam
  7. as requiredGreen food colour (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add milk and bring it to a boil (keep the flame on very low).

  2. 2

    Now add milkmaid and stir it well, add sugar if needed or else milkmaid itself is very sweet, that will be enough.

  3. 3

    Add elaichi powder, and chopped nuts.

  4. 4

    And a pinch of green food colour (optional).

  5. 5

    Now, bring the milk to room temperature.

  6. 6

    Pour it in small matka.

  7. 7

    Cover it with wrapper and keep it in freezer for 6 - 8 hours.

  8. 8

    Garnish it with nuts and elaichi.
