Make stuffimg of peas by sauting bolied peas in ghee with flavors like saunf, coriander, salt, chilli, ginger, chaat masala, garam masala, kismis

Make dough of maida with chilled water to make kachori crispy

Take balls from dough stuff with peas stuffing.

Roll slightly and deep fry in oil.

Serve with green/red chutmey.
