Steps

Wash, peel and cut your plantains into bite sizes

Place it in a clean pot, pour hot water over it until level with the plantains and place on a burner

Add all the ingredients except half of the onion and the shredded vegetables

Let it cook until the plantain is tender

Add the vegetables and the remaining onions, adjust seasoning and enjoy your meal.
