Ingredients

10 minutes
1 persons
  • 1 cupfinely chopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbspchola badi (vadi)
  • 1 tbspfresh green garlic,finely chopped
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdhaniya je era powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil,fry vadis and remove it.

    In same oil add asafoetida and turmeric powder and add fenugreek leaves. After 1-3 minutes add rest of spices, green garlic,little water and mix well. And let it cool till fenugreek leaves cooked

    Once it cooked, add fried vadi,mix well and serve immediately.
