Beetroot aloo kababs

Take a big mouth bowl put grated Beetroot,mashed aloo

Add maida,cornstarch,besan,breadcrumbs,mix well all together.

Then add coriander,salt,chilli powder,garam masala,dhaniya,cumin powder,amchur mix well until it forms nice kabab dough kind.

Take sticks place kabab dough on the middle of stick wash hands give nice shape, then drop into oil and deep fry once it get nice golden colour drain out in a tissue paper.

Serve with mayonnaise or cheese dip.Do try this amazing recipe.
