Place the flour in a circle on your work surface. Add the eggs, sugar, and yeast in the center, and mix everything together.

Add the milk and knead until you have a smooth, even dough.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, spread it with butter, then roll it up and stretch it out. Shape it into a spiral, like a rose.

Let it rest for 5 hours.

Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C) and bake for 20 minutes.

Once baked, remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar.
