  1. 200 gmsElephant yam (suran)
  2. Oil for frying
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. sliceLemon
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. 1

    Clean the Elephant yam, cut into small dices.

    Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cut dices of Elephant yam.

    In a different kadai, transfer the fried Elephant yam and the spices. Toss well.
