Ingredients

15-20mins
3 servings
  • 1 cupflour
  • 3 tablespooncocoa powder
  • 2large egg
  • 4 tablespoonbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • Oil for greasing pan

Steps

15-20mins
  1. 1

    Sieve flour, cocoa powder, salt, nut meg, baking powder into a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Whisk eggs till fluffy, pour in mil and whist both together... Did in the sugar whisk everything well...

  3. 3

    Gradually add dry ingridients and continue whisking...till everything mix well and is light and flufy.

  4. 4

    Place a pan on fire, allow to heat up, pour in some batter... Fry on one side for 2mind, flip over and fry the other side. Do so till you fry up everything.

  5. 5

    Serve warm with dome syrups or fruits. Or you can have it plain with tea.

I actually wanted to try something different, and so I decided to have chocolate pan vzked and hmmm, it came out so much better. 😊
Will definitely be having more chocolate pan cakes in the future.
