Ingredients

4 cupsflour
1/2 cupsugar
1/2 tablespoonyeast
Pinchsalt
1egg
Butter
Warm water

Steps

1

In a bowl add d flour,sugar,yeast, pinch of salt,butter,egg and mix untill it is well incorporated
2

Add warm water and mix to form a soft dough
3

Knead the dough for about 10-15 minutes and allow to rise untill it has double in size
4

Roll and cut into desired sizes den allow to rise again
5

Fry on low- medium heat to ensure even cooking
6
