Preheat oven to 200°c fan.

Sift flour and salt into big bowl.

Cut butter into small cubes then take off rings and bracelets and get rubbing! By this I mean quickly rub flour and butter cubes together to make a rough crumbly mix.

To this add the milk and gently combine until dough forms.

Tip onto floured worksurface and gently push together to form a 3cm high circle.

Use cutter and push rather than twist to create sharp shape.
