Ingredients

  1. 1 cupspinach blanched
  2. 1 tbspgarlic chopped
  3. 1 tspgreen chilli chopped
  4. 1 cubecheese grated
  5. 1/2 cuppaneer grated
  6. 1/2 cupcorns
  7. 1bellpepper slices
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. Chilli flakes
  10. 1 tbspmixed herbs
  11. 2left over roti

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan,add oil saute garlic add onion add spinach,add salt and pepper to taste

    Add all seasoning.stuff it in between roti and fold

    Grill on a hot tawa and serve
