As desired
  1. Beef, your preferred cut
  2. Coconut cream
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Massaman curry paste
  5. Tamarind juice
  6. Palm sugar
  7. Salt

Steps

30-45 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the coconut cream in a pan until it comes to a boil; you don't need to wait for the oil to separate.

  2. 2

    Add the beef and stir until it's partially cooked.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into a pot where you've already heated the coconut milk.

  4. 4

    Stir until the coconut oil separates, then add salt, palm sugar, and tamarind juice to taste.

  5. 5

    Let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring and checking the consistency. If you want it thicker, add more coconut cream and adjust the seasonings as needed.

  6. 6

    Once everything is well combined and cooked through, it's ready to serve.
