1 cupmaida
1/2 cupbutter
2eggs
1brick icecream
1/4 cuppowered sugar
Aa needed Oil for frying

Take a pan put 1 and 1/2 cup of water and warm it and Add butter and stir it

Now add maida and stir it continuously to make a soft dough and switch off the flame and let it rest for 2 minutes

Now break 2 eggs in it and mix well

Now take a kadhai put oil and heat it

Now pour the mixture in a piping bag and set a stare nozel and start making round shaped churros like a chakli sheap

Now fry them till golden in colour and transfer to plate

Now coat all churros with powered sugar

Now cut ice cream in round shape from the icecream brick and arrange churros and icecream like a sandwich by placing the Icecream on a churro and then covering it up with the top layer of another churro

Sprinkle powder sugar on it
