Crispy crunchy spinach
Steps

Wash spinach leaves and cut it into thin strips. Mix makki (Maize) ka aata into spinach leaves.

Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all spinach leaves. Fry till they turn crunchy. Remove from oil and keep it in a plate.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic,Green chilli and chopped red chilli. Saute For a second.

Add soy sauce and vinegar and mix. Now add fried spinach and toss it carefully. Add salt and seaseme seeds and toss.dont use spoon for mixing. Off the flame and serve hot garnish with seaseme seeds.
