Steps

Wash your rice grits and strain using strainer. Pluck your moringa leaves from its stem and wash with salt, then keep it aside.

Wash your scotch bonnet, blend or pound it, then you slice your onions. For the groundnuts you boil it and keep aside too

Put your rice grits in a steamer and steam it until half done
- 4
Put the grits back in a bowl, add your washed moringa, boiled groundnut, blended scotch bonnet, and the sliced onions. Add salt and maggi to your taste, add your spices amd vegetable oil, then mix.

Put your mixture back into the steamer, cover and steam. Enjoy 😋
