Steps

Mix flour, salt and olive oil in bowl.

Add yeast to water then add to flour mix

Mix together and knead for 10 mins.

Cover with bowl and leave to prove for 40 mins.

Knock back and divide into two oiled ovenproof dishes. Rub olive oil on surface. Cover with damp teatowels and leave for 45 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven (200°c) for 20 minutes.
