Ingredients

25 minutes

  • 2 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • To tasteSalt
  • 4 tbspnoil and ghee
  • Stuffing
  • 4boil potatoes
  • 2 tbspgaram masala
  • 2 tbsplal mirch / red chilli powder
  • 2-3 tbsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbspnsaunf / fennel seeds
  • 2 tbspnroasted jeera
  • 1 tbsp. Castor sugar
  • 2 tbspamchur powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    First make dough not so hard or soft

  2. 2

    Now boil potatoes and mix all ingredients and prepared stuffing

  3. 3

    Now make a thin roti and put stuffing in middle, both sides of roti cutting with knife and make design.

  4. 4

    One by one put strips of roti in stuffing like we make choti

  5. 5

    Take pan heat oil and fry in medium flame, golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve it and enjoy.
