  • Ready Made Awara
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2large beaten eggs
  • Onion chopped
  • 2Maggi cubes
  • Garlic pepper (Yajin Tafarnuwa)
  • V/table oil for frying

  1. 1

    Place Awara cubes in water,that has been seasoned with salt and maggi cubes for atleast 5minutes.Put your Awara in a beaten egg for some seconds and then deep fry until brown/golden brown.Serve with Yajin Garlic or vegetable stir-fry.Enjoy♡
