Mogar Moog Dal Stuffed Dosa are very tasty & very easy made healthylunch.
Cooking Instructions

Drain water from moogdal and grind like suji consistency add saunf,coriander seeds and salt in final round of mixer grinder.

Add asafoetida & chilli flakes in dosa batter and mix well. Heat butter in a pan add onion, garlic and green Chilli and cook for a while add capsicum saute it and spinach, tomatoes, salt and kitchen king masala and mix well,add paneer and saute for a while turn off gas. When it is cooled mix cheese and keep aside.

Heat dosa tava on medium flame, spread Dosa batter apply ghee, when it is little cooked spread stuffing dosa jently when dosa is cooked crispy start rolling dosa on tava with stuffing.

Healthy Mogar Moog Dal Stuffed Dosa is ready to serve. Serve with green Chutney & garlic Chutney or Schezwan Sauce.
