In a large bowl soak moongdal for 5-hours.

Drain off the water and blend to roughly paste add 1/4-cup water., green chilli, garlic, and ginger. a

Transfer the moong dal better in to bowl. and mix well.

Add baking soda and Coriander and mix well.
- 5
Dip your hand in water, and start dropping one by one to hot oil.

Keep the flame in lower medium, stir occasionally.

Fry Vada till golden brown.

Drain the Vada on paper to absorb oil.

Serve Moong Dal Vada with chopped onions, green fry chilli, and mitthi chutney.
