In the monsoon we like any type of crispy fritters very much. Stuffed cottage cheese fritters is a mouth watering recipe. Here I use green chutney with mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillis, salt and sugar for stuffing. This chutney gives it some different taste from inside and crispy from outside. So you must try it at the evening tea time.
