Cooking Instructions

Take one pan and add 1/4 spoon of mustard oil. Roast onion, tomato for 2 mins then is ginger, garlic and green chilli after one min mix cashew and roast for another 2 mins. Keep it aside for some time. When it will be cold you make it smooth paste in a mixer grinder.

Give the shape of paneer as per your choice. Use non-stick tawa or pan to roast the paneer in Groundnut oil.

Take one pan, use 1 spoon of oil. After 2 min mix cumin seeds (jeera). Mix 1/4 turmeric powder. Then mix onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, chilli, cashew smooth paste. Cook for 5 mins. When colour is changed. Mix cumin and black pepper roasted powder, Coriander powder, remaining turmeric powder, red chilli powder to give some colour and make spicy (completely optional). Cook for 5 mins.

Mix mutter with all masala.use pan cover to cook mutter and cook for 10 to 12 mins. Stir occasionally. Add salt and roasted paneer. Mix well. Leave for 3 mins. Mix very less water(1/2 cup of water) close it and leave for 5 to 8min. Mix garam masala. At last. Mix coriander leaves for garnishing and kasuri roasted methi (optional). But if you are using Kasuri methi. Roast in tawa without oil at last. And crush by hand and garnish on top of the gravy.
