Prepare tomato paste. Heat a little ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, and bay leaf, and sauté. Add tomato paste, ghee, and all the spices. Fry the masala until the ghee separates.

Add roasted khoya and green peas, and mix. Cut the paneer into cubes.

Add fresh cream and mix. Add garam masala, dried mango powder, and cilantro, and mix.

Add salt and paneer, mix, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with roti, paratha, poori, or naan.
