# Cookpad mocktail challenge.. Very soothing and tasty mocktail.

I was inspired to make this refreshing drink after having a glass of mint lemonade at a local Middle Eastern restaurant. But I didn't have any lemons at home that day , just limes, apples, mint, and cucumber. So I experimented and came up with this sweet and tangy drink. The applesauce and lime (minus its peel) add to the smoothness of this beverage.

Mint lemonade is the best summer cooler to beat the heat and will give an instant cooling effect to your body internally. My mom sometimes used to make this when we came home from school when sun is at peak. and now I make this for my kids and hubby. A very simple and quick recipe is here.
