Easy casserole with a variety of textures and flavors. I love the juicy burst from the mandarin oranges.
Steps

Preheat oven to 350° F

Mix chicken, cream of chicken, water, and ground pepper in a large bowl

Add the celery and cashews, mix
- 4
Add 1 cup of the chow mein, set the rest aside, mix
- 5
Fold in the mandarin oranges, so as to not break them
- 6
Pour mixture into a casserole dish, and cover with remaining chow mein noodles
- 7
Bake at 350° f for 30-35 min, or until the top is lightly browned and the sides are bubbling
- 8
Let cool for 5-10 min to thicken before serving
