Soy marinated salmon sashimi

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 300 gSalmon, sliced
  2. 1/3 cupsoy sauce Kikkoman less salt
  3. 1/3 cup water
  4. 3 Ginger sliced
  5. 2 tbsps Sugar
  6. 2 chilies, sliced
  7. 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  8. 1 tsp white sesame, Roasted

Cooking Instructions

    Put soy sauce, water, sugar, ginger into the pot and bring it to boil. When the sugar dissolves, lift it up and let it cool.

    Sort the fish in the tupperware box. Add the mixture sauce, sprinkle with chili and garlic, cover and put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours (leave overnight is more delicious).

    Time to Serve, Place the salmon on a plate. Drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with white sesame.
