Chop the chilli and do not remove the seeds.

Mix the soy sauce, the water and the chili and the stevia in a pot and bring it to boil.

Once it is boiling andthe sugar and let it tedyce as much as you want.

Season the salmon with salt and cook (skin first) in a smoking griddle.

Once the salmon is cooked and the sauce reducednto your liking, put the salmin a plate andbpour the sauce on it.
