Truffle Cream & Dill Salmon with Mashed Mix

Ingredients

  1. Mashed Mix
  2. 1/3of big cauliflower
  3. 1/3 of big Broccoli
  4. 1 potato, cut
  5. 1 tbsp salted butter
  6. 1 garlic clove
  7. 50 g cream
  8. Truffle Cream & Dill Salmon
  9. 240 g salmon
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. 1 garlic clove
  12. 100 g cream
  13. 1/2 tsp Truffle seasoning
  14. Pinch of salt
  15. Dill

Cooking Instructions

    Steam cauliflower, broccoli and potato until cook. Set aside. Stir fry garlic with butter until fragrant. Then put cauliflower, broccoli, potato, fresh cream and fried garlic with butter into the blender. Blending until smooth.

    Preheat the wok, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Then put salmon into the wok fry until well done.

    Preheat the wok add 1 tbsp olive oil, add garlic stir fry until fragrant. Add cream, dill, salt and truffle seasoning.

    Put the fried salmon into the truffle cream & dill. Deco with sliced lemon. Serve with mashed mix.
