Soak red chilli in hot water for 1 hr

Peel garlic.

Strain the red chilli.In a mixer put red chilli garlic onion tomato ginger green chilli 1 tbsp vinegar grind to smooth paste

Heat oil put the red chilli paste and cook cover for 10 min till oil separates add salt and red chilli powder mix well.cook again for a min

Chutney is ready and can be kept store for 3 to 4 days.
