Salmon & Dill Pie

Prepare the pie crust: mix first flour, cheese and soft soft butter together. Add cold water. Spread the crust evenly on a baking tray / plate.
Bake pie crust for about 10 minutes 180C/350F.

Prepare the filling. Fry leak, scallion and dill on a pan. Mix together the egg, yogurt, smoked salmon and cream cheese. Leave a tiny bit of salmon for decoration. Mix everything together on the pan.

Add the filling on top of the pre baked crust. Roll pieces of smoked salmon into little "roses" on top as a decoration. Add mozzarella.
Bake in the oven for another 30-40 minutes 180C/350F. C

Just before serving, add fresh dill on top. Enjoy warm 😋
