Peppered Eggs in a Nest

skunkmonkey101 @skunk_monkey101
My Granddaughters love ramen noodles. So we had some leftover noodles. Thinking about things to do with ramen leftovers. I was hungry for eggs for breakfast so here is the latest concoction.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat the noodles. Form a hollow ring with the noodles. Carefully crack the four eggs in the center. One of my egg yokes broke, but that's ok.
- 2
Add black pepper. Then add half the water and cover. You just need to steam the egg whites done. After 1 minute add the rest of the water and cover. The noodles will absorb some of the water.
- 3
Carefully move to a plate. Add Sriracha. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!

Eggs in a Basket Eggs in a Basket
This is a fun way to serve fried eggs and toast. Kids LOVE it, especially when you get creative and use cookie cutters with shapes. With Halloween right around the corner, I've made mine for sharing today using my bat and ghost cookie cutters. This is one of those recipes that I don't include any specific quantities for the ingredients. You'll want to make 1-2 baskets per person, and just need one egg for every one piece of bread and enough butter for coating your pan before adding each new bread slice. It's best to cook these one at a time unless you have a very wide skillet or griddle, which I do not. Lol.The only thing you always have to be sure of is that your crusts stay intact. As long as you stay in the crusts you can cut any shape you want into your bread. StephieCanCook -

Peppered Beef, Eggs, and Cheese Sandwich Peppered Beef, Eggs, and Cheese Sandwich
I like the taste of peppered beef. Brown buttered eggs are amazing. Then the seriously sharp Vermont white cheddar cheese, all three in one place equals a delicious sandwich. If you want the eggs golden the just as the butter melts add the eggs and scramble them fast so as no color but beautiful golden eggs. I just like the browned butter with beef, so I improvised it to the eggs too. skunkmonkey101 -
Egg Nest with Magic Sauce Egg Nest with Magic Sauce
Best things in life should be free or at least easy to cook. I am sharing with you a secret sauce recipe which will add flair to any dish you make and surprise you with the magical taste. It does have a sinful ingredient called Mayonnaise. A dash of mayo with garlic, lemon, salt and olive oil makes this dish unique and flavorful. I always have sprouts growing on my kitchen window. I sprinkled some mustard sprouts to get the additional crunch. One seemingly useless kitchen gadget that I used to create my nest from beetroot and potatoes is called a spiralizer. You can use a slice of buttered toast as the base too instead of veggies with same effect. Enjoy for breakfast snack or a lazy dinner. Anmen -
