An easy and essential flatbread recipe made with just wheat flour. this perhaps one of the essential dish made in most of the india households for both lunch and dinner. basically, this recipe post describes tips and tricks on how to make soft roti, soft chapati, and puffy phulka without much hassle....
Cooking Instructions

CHAPATI PREPARATION: 😋😋
Firstly, take a ball sized dough and dust with wheat flour.
Roll to a thick disk of 5 cm diameter.
Now spread ½ tsp of oil uniformly.
Fold to a triangle and dust with wheat flour.
Roll gently without putting much pressure.
Roll as thin as possible to have thin chapati.
Now place the rolled chapati over hot tawa.
Cook on medium flame until the base is cooked.
Flip over and cook both sides.
Spread a tsp of oil and press gently to puff up. - 2
Cook until both sides of chapati is cooked well..

Finally, chapati is Ready to serve with mung bean curry 😋.

For Moong Beans curry :- 😋

Heat oil in pan large enough to fit the cooked moong.
Add 1 whole dry red chili and 4 curry leaves. Let it sizzle but not go brown.
Add the hing/asafoetida and let it sizzle for a few seconds.
Add the turmeric, coriander- cumin powder, garlic, ginger chillies and coriander. Stir fry for a minute but don't let it go brown.
Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften up completely.
Then add the cooked moong and tir... - 6
Adjust seasoning by adding a little more salt if needed & coriander if desired..if desired let this mix simmer for about 3 minutes..

Finally, turn off the heat and add the julienned ginger..
Ready to serve with chapati,Roti, Rice and paratha... - 8
