Cooking Instructions

Blend the dates for 2-3 mins coarsely without adding water.keep aside.

To a pan add poppy seeds & dry roast till it turns slightly Brown in colour.keep aside.

Add 1 tbsp Ghee in the pan and roast chopped dry fruits for 2-3 mins. They will become chruncy. Take out in a plate and let it cool.

To the same pan add ghee.once heated add the crushed dates to it. Cook on low flame till they become soft.Once it begins to form a lump add in the roasted dry fruits.

Mix well and combine everything. Add cardamom powder along with a tsp of khaskhas.

Once a lump is formed transfer to a plate. Let it cool down a little. Grease your hands and make a rectangular shape lump out of it.

Now roll it on the remaining poppy seeds and some pistachios. Pack into a silver foil or parchment paper.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Take out of the fridge and cut it into pieces and serve the yummy dessert.
