At first, Fry the dry fruits after giving ghee in karhai

After that, I have given two table spoon of ghee in karhai and then I have fried the sooji till it became brown in colour

After frying sooji, I have poured water, cardamom powder, sugar and ghee in karhai. Then I have stirred the mixture till it dried up.

After that, I gave the dry fruits on the fried sooji in karhai. Then mixed it properly.

Now the Amritsari sooji halwa is ready to be served.

It is very delicious when eaten with roti, puri and paratha.
