Take two canned tuna and put it in a bowl. Then add 1 egg, salt, garlic paste, onion powder, white pepper powder and lime juice. Mix all of them very well.

Make them into long finger like shape. Dip them into 1 beaten egg and then put it on bread crumbs. Repeat this process once again to give a heavier and crunchier crust.

Then store in the refrigerator. You can keep it in the refrigerator for a month.

When you want to eat then defrost it and deep fry them. Crunchy fish fingers are ready to eat.
