*Actually 1 tin tuna chunk ni boleh buat utk 2-3x makan. Lebihan boleh simpan dalam peti sejuk.
Cara Memasak
- 1
Panaskan pan tanpa minyak. Masukkan tuna chunk. Pecahkan sebiji telur. Gaul-gaul hingga berketul.

Taburkan sedikit lada sulah dan garam. Gaul rata kesemua bahan. Setelah masak, angkat dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk.

Lenyekkan avocado bersama bahan lain menggunakan garpu.

Bakar sebentar kedua-dua belah roti di atas pan sehingga ranggup. Angkat dan ketepikan.

Letakkan hirisan tomato/salad ke atas roti bersama tuna avocado. Selamat mencuba!
