কড়াইয়ে সাদা তেল গরম করে রসুন কুচানো সামান্য নুন ও হলুদ গুড়ো দিয়ে 1-2 মিনিট কম আঁচে ভাজুন। সেদ্ধ কড়াইশুটি কড়ায় দিন।

এবার নূডলস ও নুডলস এর দেড়গুন জল দিয়ে নুডলস সেদ্ধ হতে দিন। তেতুলের রস টমেটো কেচপ দিন। স্বাদমতো নুন চিনি দিয়ে ভালোভাবে মিশিয়ে দিন।

কড়ায় সামান্য জল থাকতে নামাতে হবে।
