Cara Membuat

Panaskan minyak, lalu tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Kemudian masukkan cabai, lengkuas, daun salam hingga layu

Masukkan kentang, masak hingga agak lunak lalu masukkan buncis. Tambahkan garam, gula, merica. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa lalu masak hingga matang. Taburi dengan bawang goreng sebelum disajikan

Heat olive oil on a pan and then add garlic, stir-fry until it's fragrant. Add red chilli pepper, galangal, and bay leaf. Stir well

Add potatooes and cook until they're a bit softer then put in the green beans. Add salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Stir well until it's cooked. Sprinkle with fried shallot or fried garlic on top
