Firstly soak the dal for 2-3 hours.

Now grind dal along with cumin seeds salt and green chilli

Pour the batter in a mixing bowl

Heat oil in a kadhai and take some batter with you fingers and put it in heated oil.

You can put 5-6 at a time deep fry in medium flame till crispy and golden in colour.

Keep a big pan of water of ready remove the wadas and put them in water.

In this way fry all the wadas and put in water.

Let the wadas be in water for 30 mins.

Now remove from water and press it slightly between your hand to remove the excess water.

Now take curd and beat it well with a spoon till you get a smooth texture and there are no lumps add some salt and mix it well.

Now take a flat serving dish line up the wadas in dish and pour the curd above the wadas.

Drizzle all the spices over all put the tamarind pulp all over. Garnish with coriander

Keep it in fridge for an hour and serve chilled.
