Steps

First peel off the potatoes, cut all the vegetables as shown in the pic, wash it and keep aside. (you can use any vegetables of your choice).

Now heat up a pan with oil add slit green chilli and sliced onion fry it till colour changes then add the vegetables, add salt and turmeric powder mix it well and add sliced tomato and cover the lid and cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame till vegetables becomes tender.

After 15 minutes open the lid and stir it well and add sabzi masala to it, give it a good mix and at last add the chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Our healthy delicious mix aloo bhujiya is ready.
