Steps

Dry roast the Cumin seeds,coriander seeds,black cadamom,green cadamom,black pepper,clove & redchilli.Cool it and make a paste.

Heat a pan add 3 tbsp oil,add 1 onion chopped,3-4 garlic cloves,1/2"ginger,fry it.Then add 2 big tomatoes 7-8 cashewnuts cook nicely.Cool it and makes a paste.

Chop 2 onion & 1 capsicum.Cut the paneer pieces.Heat a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil,add 1 bay leaf &1green chilli

Add 1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp coriander powder,1tsp dry mango powder and 1tsp red chilli powder mix it &add tomato paste cook nicely.Then add chopped 2 onion & chop capsicum & cover it 2-3 mints.

Add 1/2 cup water & cover it for 2 mints.Then add salt.Than add kasoori methi,drymasala & paneer, cover it for 3 mints.Then add 1 tsp kitchen king masala,3-4tbsp fresh cream & green coriander leaves mix it well and cover it for 1 min.

Kadhai paneer is ready.Serve it with rice,nan,roti or paratha.
