Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupurad dal soaked
  2. 1 ltrfull-cream milk
  3. 1/4 cupsugar or more
  4. 1 tspfull custard powder
  5. as neededDry fruits (almond, cashews,pista) chopped in length wise
  6. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  7. 2-3 tbspghee to fry pakodi

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk and keep stirring until it little bit thickened.

    Take out the water from the urad dal and grind it in a mixer and make a fine paste for pakodi.

  3. 3

    Beat the paste nicely to make pakodi soft.Now heat the ghee in a pan or kadai and fry small pakodis from dal paste.

    Mix 1 teaspoon custard powder with 4 spoons cold milk and mix it in hot milk and stir.

    Now add sugar and chopped dry fruits, mix well. Keep stirring for 5-10 minutes on low flame.

    Now turn off the gas, add pakodi, cardamom powder in the milk and cover for 15-20 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold yummy doodh pakodi.
