Urad dal, also known as Split Black Gram. Urad dal is one of the richest sauces of proteins and vitamin B, fat and carbohydrates. So my experiment with urad dal is sweet dish which made with urad dal, milk, sugar and dry fruits. It's yummy.
Cooking Instructions

Boil the milk and keep stirring until it little bit thickened.

Take out the water from the urad dal and grind it in a mixer and make a fine paste for pakodi.

Beat the paste nicely to make pakodi soft.Now heat the ghee in a pan or kadai and fry small pakodis from dal paste.

Mix 1 teaspoon custard powder with 4 spoons cold milk and mix it in hot milk and stir.

Now add sugar and chopped dry fruits, mix well. Keep stirring for 5-10 minutes on low flame.

Now turn off the gas, add pakodi, cardamom powder in the milk and cover for 15-20 minutes.

Serve hot or cold yummy doodh pakodi.
